In the beginning

I've been trying to start the jemoma blog (JEff+MOnica+MAson - clever, yes?) for a while now. I've sat here confounded in front of this screen many times. I tried to write Mason's birth story, but kept swinging between too condensed and too detailed, and finally gave up when I couldn't produce a readable version. Anyway, the details are bound to come out as we blog along.

Since I've been holding the belief that the opening entry must be profoundly touching and witty, naturally I've written nothing! So in order to finally get this thing off the ground, I've come to accept the kind of writer that I am i.e. not profoundly touching or witty, and just get on with it. So welcome to jemoma, chronicling the average but happy lives of Jeff, Monica and Mason.
